Feedbooks is a great website where they have lots of interesting books, some short, some long, most for free, some paid. There are lots of classics, but also a lot of new books. You download and read with Stanza, or another eReader.

Stanza is a wonderful eReader from LexCycle. It is free. You can download both free books and paid books to read on your iPod Touch. You can download books when you have access to wifi Internet, then read any time, even if you are not connected.
