It looks pulpy. It has a lot of dietary fiber, so if you drink it you can feel full. The other is Juice. It is a drink that strained the smoothie. It hasn’t a dietary fiber, but it has a lot of nutrition of fruits or vegetables their selves. I recommend Smoothie for people of constipation, people of dieting, and children. I recommend Juice for people have weak digestion, babies and little children, persons of advanced age. Let’s enjoy the Smoothie and Juice!
