Are you on a diet?

I found this article on yahoo page. It said there are 5 main reasons why you get weight. 1) have a cavity 2) eat snacks at offices 3) lack of sleep 4) eat Kashi- Pan(菓子パン) at breakfast 5) go shopping when you feel hungry. Do you meet these reasons?
You can prevent getting weight, if you understand what habits would be cause of getting weight. You just change your lifestyle and meal a little bit, and then your diet will be successful.
