Sweets in Convenience stores

Cherry Parfait

Recently, we can buy sweets in almost all convenience stores with reasonable prices. The tastes are good for their prices. People not only women but also men can enjoy various sweets easily.

I recommend a new limited-time sweet. It was sold in MINISTOP. It costs 260 yen. It   looks like a small parfait decorated with mousse, jelly, and cream flavored with cherry. On the top of it, 3 cherries are put. Their variety is Satohnishiki.(佐藤錦)  This kind is a little more expensive than American cherry.   And I think sweets of cherry is not so common and it’s for only summer season.

It has released from June 21st and  probably it’ll be running  until July 19th. If you can find it, let’s try it!

Be careful about low-fat foods!!!

What image of low-fat food 14181do you have?  Maybe you think low-fat food has a low calorie content. If people choose same food, low-fat food looks better. But is it really true?

If you think low-fat food is a low calorie, you misunderstand. Actually, the calories are not reduced very much because law-fat food just replaces fat with sugar. Most people think the calories are reduced about 40 percent, so when they eat low-fat food, they are careless and they tend to eat a lot. When researchers compare people eating low-fat foods with people eating usual foods, people eating low-fat foods eat 28 percent more.

In fact, low-fat foods have 11 percent less calories, so we need to make sure of the calories. Another reason law-fat foods make you gain weight may be additive.

Foods influence your body smell.

myouban01_RDuring summer we sweat profusely, so we need to be careful about sweat.  Also, we need to be careful about food because food influences body smell.

Protein-rich meal

People want to enjoy a barbeque in summer, but meat cause body smell. When meat is absorbed by the body, ammonia produces from an amino acid. When you eat meat, I recommend you eat with vegetable to eject it soon.

High-fat foods from animal sources

Dairy goods, egg and ice cream include high animal fat and it causes ammonia. I recommend to eat honey or banana because they increase good bacterium which control bad smell.

If your body smell bother you, do plant-based diet

If your strong body smell bother you, shift your meat-based diet to plant-based diet. It is important to eject bad smell with diet which are abundant in dietary fiber. But be careful about the vegetables, a garlic, a leek and a shallot etc. The vegetables make not only halitosis but also body smell strong.
